How bookers earn on chauffeured trips.
Travel agents, concierges and planners usually earn on chauffeured rides in one of three ways: a referral commission paid by the car company, a net rate they mark up, or a planning fee they add to the client's price. On Privé Bookings, bookers join free and set their own planning fee on each trip, 10% by default and up to 15%.
Three ways bookers get paid
Each one decides who sets the number and whether the client can see it.
A referral commission is set by the car company and paid later. A net rate gives you control, but you invoice the client yourself. A planning fee lets you set your own number on each trip without becoming the seller.
How the Privé planning fee works
You choose the fee on each trip. The client sees one all-in price.
The fee shows on its own line inside the client's price and never comes out of chauffeur pay. The operator stays the seller, so you never handle a card or chase an invoice.
Your clients stay yours: rebooks are credited to you. Agencies building packages can ask about net rates.

Quick answers
Do travel agents earn commission on car service?
Often, yes. Some car companies pay a referral commission, some offer net rates the agent marks up, and some platforms let the agent add a planning fee to the price.
What is a planning fee on Privé?
A fee the booker sets on each trip: 10% by default, up to 15%. It sits inside the all-in price the client sees and never comes out of chauffeur pay.
Does it cost anything to join as a booker?
No. Joining Privé as a booker is free, at every booker level: Partner, Preferred and Elite.
Who is the seller when a booker books on Privé?
The vetted operator who runs the trip is the seller and merchant of record. The licensed carrier and its permit are named on every trip.
Do I get credit when my client books again?
Yes. When your client rebooks, the trip is credited to you.
