What limo software really costs.
Limo booking and dispatch software is usually priced per vehicle or per driver, as flat monthly tiers, or with a fee on each trip, and some products sell the driver app, online booking or accounting sync as add-ons. Privé Bookings is $0 a month on Affiliate Network or $149 a month on Professional Operator, with no fee on your own bookings and no contract.
Privé plans in four numbers
- $0
- a month on Affiliate Network
- $149
- a month on Professional Operator
- 10%
- off for a year paid up front
- 0%
- Privé fee on your own clients' trips
The four ways software gets priced
Most products mix two or more of these. The monthly number on the website is rarely the whole bill.
Per-vehicle pricing grows with your fleet even in a slow month. Tiers keep the bill flat but can lock the features you need in the top tier. Per-trip fees match your costs to your revenue, if the fee is fair.
Add-ons are where budgets slip: the driver app, the online booking page, corporate accounts or accounting sync can each carry their own charge.
Costs that are easy to miss
Before you sign, get these answers in writing.
- Contract length. Is it yearly, and what does leaving early cost?
- Your data. Can you export clients, accounts and trip history when you go?
- Fees on your own clients. Does the vendor take a cut of trips you sold yourself?
- Who holds the money. Do client payments land in your account or the vendor's?

How Privé answers them
Month to month. No fee on your own clients. Payments go to your own account.
Cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the month. Client payments go to your own payment account; Privé never holds your client's money.
